I’m new to the Vistry team, only 1 month.

The people – I have been made to feel very welcome since I joined. I feel very supported in my role and have found the business communicates well with employees – we receive updates when land purchases are complete and weekly and monthly updates from the Managing Director. I also had an introductory call with my Managing Director in my second week to check I had settled in, which I think was a nice touch.

I previously worked at Galliford Try for seven years and when Bovis bought Galliford Try Partnerships I only ever heard great stories about this company and the speed it was progressing at excited me so I knew I wanted to apply for this role.
