My role involves collecting information from across the business and communicating it out to colleagues via a host of different channels.
I support departments, groups and individuals to ensure their messages are heard and that all colleagues across the company understand what’s going on in the business.
I oversee our company intranet. As well as keeping it updated on a day-to-day basis, I also look at how it can be developed and support local editors to ensure they communicate news at a business unit level.
I work with different groups, such as our Diversity and Inclusion Networks, Mental Health Committee and Charity Champions to create campaigns and drive engagement.
