The culture of the business is fantastic. There is mutual respect across the business, irrespective of your position. There are a variety of discussion and networking groups covering a range of topics where anyone can get involved (which have been established by colleagues from across the group). We have continued updates from our Executive Leadership Team in the weekly Vistry Voice, regular Tea with Teagle and Keeping up with Keith, plus Business Unit Managing Director updates. We are encouraged to complete our regular Peakon employee engagement surveys where the feedback is taken into account, resulting in things like the networking groups – and this doesn’t stand still, it’s always evolving.
