The people. Even though I’m only part of a small team, no matter who you speak to within Vistry, everyone will do whatever they can to help.

Good so far, it’s been pretty full speed since starting, but that has helped me quickly settle into the role and the Vistry lifestyle.

I was looking to get out of my previous role when I saw this advertised. From my first conversation about the role I got a very good feeling. There were no clichés in the recruitment process, it was open, honest and I could see what the plans for Vistry were, which made it a very exciting opportunity to get involved with.

Everyone here is the master of their own success. It’s as simple as showing up, putting the work in and it will be recognised.
