It’s a hugely varied role! In a nutshell, I’m mainly here to provide advice, guidance and support to our leadership teams at all levels to help ensure that we are treating our people with equity, dignity, respect and fairness. I support employees and managers through the whole of the journey of what we call the ‘employee lifecycle’, so from recruitment and attraction, through to helping support the development of our people to be the very best version of themselves and realise their career aspirations, through to helping people feel like they want to stay working here. And lots of stuff in between too!
