Finance

Vistry Group’s Finance team takes care of all central finance services, including licence to operate/compliance and business support activities. Because we’re the custodians of the Group’s financial data, it makes sense that we work in four smaller teams: Treasury, Business, Reporting, and Planning and Analysis. We aim to be a best-in-class function that delivers business support and value-added services.

Tax

As partners to the Group’s operational functions, in the Tax team, we make sure risk around tax is managed and minimised. We comply with tax legislation and seek out opportunities for tax efficiencies. Our vision is to be a proactive tax function; this means partnering effectively with all the Group’s regions, supporting commercial ambitions, and making sure tax doesn’t factor into unnecessary additional costs.
