In the Pre-construction team, we work hard to understand our clients’ ambitions and the key drivers for each new project. What we do impacts every stage of project delivery. Thanks to our exceptional internal knowledge across various disciplines, and our collaborative engagement with external specialists, we can get into the details, understand a project’s scope, identify solutions, and give our clients confidence. From there, we work in partnership to deliver a shared vision for land-led opportunities and partner delivery solutions in our own entity or through a joint venture.
