Technical Team

Our Technical Team take care of production and management design information. We work with external design consultants and specialist supply chain sub-contractors and make sure the Group is producing and delivering quality projects and homes that fulfil agreements and that make us proud. We’re champions, and guardians, of the design process.

What we do

All our partnerships have contract, budget, programme and value requirements. We make sure the project can move forward at every stage in line with the programme and expectations. We get to work on projects across the UK, from Newcastle to Cornwall. These can be contracting projects (where we work for a third-party client), joint venture or development opportunities where Vistry Group have purchased the land.
How we work

Our projects are challenging and rewarding, and due to this, we work in a fast-paced but supportive environment. No two days are the same, but we like the variety that is on offer. We adopt a flexible approach to work, and you will too when you join us; we are able to work in the office, on-site or at home depending on business needs. We’re able to maintain a good work-life balance.
